CuteFTP
The product that I use to maintain my website is called CuteFTP. I've looked at a number of FTP products and finally settled on this one because it's simple, easy and stable.
Please note that this review is about CuteFTP, which I learned to my surprise is quite a different product than CuteFTP Pro. Even though CuteFTP is cheaper and has fewer features, it is far easier to use and, in my opinion, a better value than it's larger, more expensive namesake.
What do I like about this product?

I found it very simple to define a web site using the standard interface. You simple enter the site URL, account name and password. You can also enter the path on your local hard drive to the local copy. Once you've done this, you can connect. It generally takes me less than a minute to define a new site.

The drag-and-drop feature which is used to copy files from your local hard drive to the FTP site is simple and easy to use.

On occasion I've needed to upload or download files which I want treated specifically as binary or ASCII. CuteFTP's interface to set this (and other) values is simple and easy to use.

The interface for changing file protection codes was very straightforward.
